The modern facilities in the apartment are enhanced by the pleasant environment of the complex and stunning views of the mountains. There are several beautiful beaches within easy reach. The closest one is just down the hill, approximately eight minutes drive, at Elviria. From there other beaches can be easily reached within a few minutes drive including the Marbella sea front, clubs, restaurants and the famous marina. El Soto is situated approximately 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport and ten minutes drive from a large La Canada shopping centre.
	Car hire is recommended but not necessary if you prefer taxis. The nearest town of Elviria is only 10 minutes drive from El Soto, The white-washed village of Mijas is approximately 20 minutes drive, Puerto Banus 30 minutes, Fuengirola 30 minutes.
	Daily excursions can be arranged via a travel agent situated at the bottom of the hill about 10 minutes drive from apartment to various location of interest including Morocco, Gibralta and Al Hambra palace. Tickets can also be purchased here for local theme parks including Water World, safari parks, zoos and Sea Life. Buggy ride tours of the mountains and valleys are arranged from an office at the bottom of the hill in Elviria, run by a British company.
