The three roomed, first floor apartment totals an area of 134 square metres. It comprises a "top of the range" Siemens fully equipped kitchen, which includes electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with crockery and cooking utensils provided.
Stunning views of the mountains can be enjoyed from the kitchen.

Also included is a combined washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron plus cleaning equipment.

The large open plan living room and diner will seat six at the dining table. Other features include a coffee table, triple seat sofa bed, double seat sofa, two leather pouffes, 32" HD TV, Freesat box with English channels including BBC, ITV, Channels 4/5 and DVD player.

The patio doors from the lounge open onto a large terrace with patio table and chairs and a small walled garden. A perfect place to start the day. Have breakfast and enjoy the stunning views of the mountains, lakes, nature reserve, sea and valleys.

Towels and linen are provided for your stay but beach towels are not included. Cleaning every two weeks is included. However, additional cleaning can be arranged if desired at additional cost.

 

The apartment is on the first floor with lifts from the underground designated car park directly below the apartments to the front door of the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with electric heating and air-conditioning.

The minimum door width is 67 cm.
