SHARED FACILITIES AT THE COMPLEX

	Apartments in the complex enjoy a number of shared facilities including an enclosed park, garden, swimming pool, paddling pool, outside shower, tennis and children's playground. In the complex there is a reception area, restaurant, bar, sauna, fitness room, whirlpool and lift.
	The apartment leads to beautifully maintained gardens, with various tropical trees and shrubs, a large patio area with benches and loungers overlooking the panoramic views. A short walk leads to a fenced pool area which has a separate paddling pool for children.
	The pool area has showers, sun loungers, wooden patio tables and chairs. Within the complex and a short walking distance from the apartment is the Club House with restaurant, nine hole golf course, golf shop, putting green, children's play area, tennis courts and fully equipped gym.
	The private nine hole golf course can be used for a minimal charge. At the Club House, there is a fully equipped gym, sauna steam room, large jacuzzi, internet access and a restaurant with a la carte and snack menus. There are various world class golf courses within easy access of El Soto, by car.
